Our name migrated from the core welding alloys that we specialize in, which are Aluminum, Titanium and Steel.
Altist was founded in 2011 and began with welding and fabrication of steel and aluminum items. We entered the marine business during 2013 with the building of aluminum rod holders, truck rod racks and truck racks. In 2014, we were able to enter into the boat T-Top market as we were able to partner with David Pritchard, who has over fifteen years of boat top building experience. Dave has built many t-tops, hard-tops, crow’s nests, leaning posts and sun shades.
During 2014, we expanded to provide our customers with steering and controls.
One of our highlights was the building of a crow’s nest for Michael Vick’s 32’ Fountain.
